Winter 2017 edition of our newsletter

We are nearing the end of November and as weeks are continuing to run into each other we need to take count of what we have achieved for this year and how we want to finish it out. There is plenty time to finish the year on a high or set seeds for new opportunities in 2018.

Like you, we also have to look at our business, what works well, what doesn’t, what we need to do to keep you our customers happy and to attract new customers who are looking for a professional service. In doing this we are in the process of change.

The first you will see in this newsletter and in our correspondence to you, that is, branding. The second is using new technology to greatly assist in data entry To read more about changes at PSC please see page 3.

So what do we have in store in this newsletter. There are many interesting articles but there are two which we would like you to read.

Firstly, Francis, in PSC Taxation Services has an interesting article on the new initiative announced in the recent Budget called Key Employee Engagement Programme (KEEP). This is a very welcome initiative for SMEs and their employees and it is something that should be considered in conjunction with succession planning.

Secondly, Eoin, in PSC Financial Planning has written an article on Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA). Again, this is something we all need to look at personally. This is very important for all ages so please read the article and look at the complications of what happens when you don’t have a Will and no EPA appointed.

As always the team at PSC Accountants & Advisors are here at hand to answer any queries or concerns you may have.

We hope you find the contents of this newsletter of interest and benefit to you and would appreciate any feedback you may have.

Positive thought for this Newsletter: “If nothing changes, nothing changes”.

From all the Team at PSC Accountants & Advisors.
